Love

28 has come a little too quickly. I cannot believe that my 10 yr High School Reunion is this year, or that we will be sending our sweet little Madelyn to Kindergarten. 28 seems a bit older than 27 to me, not quite sure why. These last few months we have enjoyed eachother, modified our home "rules" and expectations, and have become a very happy family. We sure do love eachother! We have enjoyed each other's company and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of baby Connor.

I am now 30 weeks and I feel great! This pregnancy has been amazing and truly bearable in every way. We are hoping the next 2 months fly by without complications and we will be seeing our little boy soon.

With expecting a 3rd little one, there comes another car seat to be occupied and a whole lot of "stuff" that needs to fit in the car. Unfortunatly our Mountaineer is only a 5-seater and with 2 very LARGE carseats in there already, we could not fit a third car seat... So for the last year or so (when we started to prepare for another baby) we have been looking for a car with a third row of seats... For my birthday (this week) Lars and I shopped for the perfect car... Some were too big (yukon XL) some were too small for all of our crap (Honda Pilot), some had too many miles, some were older than we wanted (>2005), some were just NOT our personality (minivan). And, well, let's be reasonable, some were just not in our price range (Cadillac Escalade)!

After about a year of searching, we found the perfect car for us; and RIGHT in time for my Birthday!
Meet the Newest member of our family:

2005 Lincoln Navigator, impecable... Right now I cannot think of any other name to call her than PERFECT.
She has 2 dvd players, 8 disc changer, 3 rows of seats with removable middle seat in the middle row to make bucket seats, and automatic 60-40 split seats in the back row to fit more groceries, strollers, etc...., a large moonroof, automatic gate lift, air ride, new tires, GPS, heated leather seats/and Lars' fav---AC seats! How cool is that?!
To say that I am in LOVE would be an understatement!
In my current condition, being pregnant, I cried as we test drove it, I cried as we bought it, and I even went down to the garage at midnight to go look at her again. She's just what our family needed and what we were looking for!
Happy Birthday to me!
